I want to be a screenwriter, but I have no idea where to start?

Consider the watching of movies your film school. Definitely watch Pulp Fiction and look at how the narrative structure was done in that. Don't take a course. Write something for someone e.g. the friend who will be willing to put it in a film festival and see how it goes from there. Maybe wait for that film festival to happen though.
