Shampoo & Conditioner?

Hey guys . So , I have been looking for a shampoo and conditioner for my fine, dry, curly hair. I am black, but i'm mixed - so my hair isn't thick and coarse. Also my curls aren't kinky or anything they're silky and easy to comb through. I would appreciate it if you could reccomend me a shampoo and conditioner for my hair by experience ( if you or someone you know has used the products). Also I'm not tryin to spend over $15 on each product. Thanks !
