Good bikini line care?

So, everytime I go to shave my bikini line I ALWAYS get razor bumps either the next day or in a few hours. Things I've already tried are: rinsing the area before and after shaving with cold water, Nair shower power (for coarse hair), shaving with the grain, lotion, bio oil, vaseline, plucking :| and letting the shaving cream sit on the skin for a bit before shaving. PLEASE HELP, ANY EFFECTIVE SHAVING TECNIQUES OR PRODUCTS I SHOULD USE?
